Service Description
A combination package of unicorn and fairy entertainment! Milo is on site wearing his Pegasus costume for photos with guests while we send a second, human fairy, costumed character with fairy story telling and interactive group games to lead children at your event in a variety of fantasy-themed party fun. This package is perfect for larger spaces and when you want a variety of entertainment in the same genre present. Please note that in this combo package guests DO NOT sit on or ride on Milo due to the wings and no saddle being present. You CANNOT ask for any guests to sit on or ride the unicorn in this package. If you wish for guests to ride then we cannot have him in his Pegasus costume at your event and would need you to choose a non-wing unicorn costume option from his collection instead. IMPORTANT - Milo is a FULL SIZE unicorn around 1200 pounds in weight. He's not a stuffed animal or a dog! He requires a minimum of 8' of walking width clearance (measured as if you were stretching your arms out to the side) to move around and cannot do 90 degree turns. Extra fuel charges will apply to locations outside of that radius. This service is only available in parts of Northwestern Los Angeles, Montecito, and Ventura County.
Cancellation Policy
* For Zoom Calls: It is your duty to be logged on and able to access your Zoom call. No reschedules or refunds are offered for anyone who misses their Zoom appointment. * For In Person Parties / Events: The retainer payment is non-refundable as it serves as our retainer to guarantee our team's time and calendar availability for your unicorn appearance regardless of if you wish to cancel or not. If you wish to change your in person unicorn appearance date or time after booking then the change must be done at least 14 calendar days in advance and a $150 reschedule fee will apply in addition to your total cost of service.
